Lincor Secures First Contracts in Eastern Europe

Ireland, 12 November 2008 – Lincor Solutions, the leading worldwide provider of bedside patient entertainment and clinical access systems, today announced it has secured its first contracts for health clinics in Eastern Europe. The contracts, valued in excess of €500K, will see Lincor’s MEDIVista™ platform installed at the Medissimo Clinic, Bratislava, Slovakia and Lozenetz Hospital in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Commenting on the contracts Richard Cooke, Lincor CEO said, “MEDIVista™ is the market-leading solution for delivering digital entertainment, communications and information at the patient’s bedside and with the addition of new EU members from Eastern Europe we are seeing increased interest from hospitals and clinics throughout the region. Patients at the clinics in Slovakia and Bulgaria will benefit from an unparalleled level of digital communications and entertainment. Services will include: telephony with voicemail and voice response, digital television and video on demand, internet access and audio books, to digital radio and games. Alongside such services medical and hospital staff will have access to wide-ranging hospital information at the bed-side, such as electronic patient records, patient satisfaction surveys, and catering and dietary control information.
